What this policy covers
Trenditlive publishes guides, reviews and explainers. This page describes the information the site handles when you browse it, and how that information is used. It sits alongside the site's Disclaimer, which sets out the limits of the advice given in articles.
The policy applies to trenditlive.com and its category pages, including Gadgets, Tech and the how-to guides.
Information we handle
Reading Trenditlive does not require an account. The information involved is mostly technical rather than personal:
- Usage data — pages visited, referring site, approximate region and device type, gathered in aggregate to see which topics readers use most.
- Device and browser details — screen size, browser version and operating system, used to keep layouts readable on phones and desktops.
- Comments — if you leave a reply on an article, the text you submit and the name you choose are displayed publicly with the post.
- Messages you send us — anything you write to the contact address is kept only to answer you.
Affiliate links and advertising
Some articles include affiliate links, notably to Amazon product listings. If you buy through one of those links, the site may earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay, and it does not buy a place in a review or ranking.
Advertising partners and affiliate platforms may read or write their own cookies and may receive your IP address so that ads and links can be delivered. Those parties operate under their own privacy policies, not this one.
Third-party services
Trenditlive is hosted and maintained with outside providers, and articles may embed content from social networks and video platforms. When you interact with an embed, a connection is opened to that provider and it can record that the visit happened.
The site does not sell reader information. Sharing is limited to the service providers needed to run, host and measure the blog, and to anyone the law requires it to respond to.
Your choices
- Ask what information the site holds about you, or ask for it to be removed.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies through your browser.
- Request deletion of a comment you posted by writing to the contact address.
Requests are handled without charge. Please allow a reasonable period for a reply.
Children's privacy
Trenditlive is written for a general adult readership interested in technology. The site does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted something through a comment or message, contact us and it will be removed.

As the site adds new formats — more guides, more reviews, more embeds — this page is updated to match. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, so it is worth re-reading occasionally.
